"The icing on the cake was waking up first, pushing the coffee maker button, having a hot cup of good coffee out on deck while listening to the sounds of silence and appreciating being alive in such a glorious world. I would do it again in a New York minute."
~ Maureen Hennessey, Oregon

"You run a quality boat! I particularly like the non-urgency with which (almost) all aboard is carried out, the slow pace of the Home Shore."
~ Fred Rhoades, Washington

Alaska Adventure Cruises

  Standby List:
Four guests are required to reserve an open charter, exceptions noted. Couples and singles are encouraged to join a "reserved" charter or join our standby list. With a $200 fully-refundable deposit we will note your preferences and find your tour.

  Families:
We love families!  Children ten and up are welcome, please consult us if younger.

  Weather:
Weather is generally mild. May and
June are drier months, July and August are warmer. Most tours are a mixture of sunshine, overcast, and drizzle or rain. This is rainforest country, but our guests who check Alaska weather at home on the Internet are almost always pleasantly surprised during their tour.

  Travel to Alaska:
Alaska Airlines provides several Seattle - Sitka flights a day. We recommend you reserve early to maximize your options.

  Visiting Sitka:
Our base, historic Sitka-by-the-Sea, is one of the most beautiful ocean-side cities in the world. Plan to spend at least a day or two there before or after your tour.
